Teacher's Appraisal

The institution has performance appraisal system for efficient administration in academics. The head of the institution prepares PCR(Personal character roll) of its entire non-teaching staff. It is a performance based report and the better performance signifies the better remarks. And this remark plays important role in promotion of the staff. Similarly there is a self appraisal system for all the teaching staffs. It enhances the moral of the teaching and non-teaching staff to work more efficiently as the performance is counted in their promotion.

Teachers have to also submit annual appraisal report forwarded by the head of the department along with the application form for their promotion. Without self appraisal report their applications are not entertained. In this way the internal assessment of all the concerned people of the college is very robust in terms of frequency and varieties.
